Exchanges

If, for any reason, you wish to exchange your item(s), you have 14 calendar days after receiving your order to send them or deliver them to our facilities (by prior appointment and subject to availability).

Before exchanging, please check the items available on our website.

Items must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use or any visible damage.
• It must be sent in its original packaging, properly sealed.
• It must be accompanied by the original bag/box, which includes the label with your shipping details. If you no longer have it, you must include your name and order number inside the bag (example: First Name Last Name #00000).
• The recipient of the return must be “X”.

As soon as the order arrives at our facilities, we will proceed with the exchange process as quickly as possible and contact you via email.

After the process is validated via email and, if applicable, the refund is authorized, the amount may take a few days to be reflected in your bank account due to factors external to AR. The maximum period for the refund is 14 business days.

Note: only the value of the returned item(s) will be refunded (if applicable). The shipping costs of your order and the costs of sending the return to our facilities will only be refunded in exceptional cases, such as a damaged item or an item that does not match the one ordered.
